Responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for HR sevice activities, including HR system, Employee relations, C&B, Engagement and Admin tasks.
- Calculate the annual HR budget and people costs of all companies.
- Monitor and control actual people costs of departments vs the annual budget.
- Manage the calculation and reporting of salaries, bonuses, PIT and insurance for employees
- Organize all engagement activities, e.g. internal events (Teambuilding, YEP, Townhall,..) employee surveys, and recognition programs…
- Disseminate to all employees in the enterprise about behavioral culture and working culture.
- Manage all administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functions and supporting various departments
- Manage HR database and HRM system, provide continuous improvement of HR systems by designing and effectively governing of HR policies and procedures in line with current best practices.
- Manage and organize all work activities of the team.
- Other duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years in HR Admin scope. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Advisory experience in a dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle challenges flexibly.
- Strong knowledge of HR management and employee engagement programs.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possesses a solid understanding of labor laws and related regulations.
