As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the successful growth of digital services in our ecosystem with buddies who are Product and Marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing user data and behavior, combining with market research to derive insights that inform product development and growth strategies for user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborating with the Product team to define product requirements, perform post-launch analysis with data-driven recommendations for enhancements of funnel conversion.
- Partnering with the Marketing team to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new releases, ensuring successful launches and user adoption.
- Developing dashboards and reports that monitor and forecast business performance, providing actionable insights for long-term growth strategy
Job Requirements
- University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics and Economics.
- 2-5 years relevant work experience in analytics or insights related roles, preferably in ride-hailing or digital services.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel) and visualization tools (like Power BI, GG Looker).
- User centric with a growth mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude is a must
- Be results and detail-oriented, effective communication and organizational skills.
