Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The primary function of a Chief Operating Officer is to manage the ongoing operations and processes of BE GROUP. COOs control various business operations and implement the company’s strategic initiatives. Oversee the creation of operation budgets and financial reports, create strategic goals and direct employees toward achieving the business’s vision and mission. Designing operating strategies and building teams to achieve the company’s goals. Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and other stakeholders of the company’s performance. 

  • Coordinating and consulting with the BOM & BOD in establishing and promoting the organizational vision, operational strategy to optimize the efficiency of the operation, to support the business growth smoothly. 
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. 
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. 
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention. 
  • Take appropriate action when necessary. 

A. Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement. 
  • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO. 
  • Oversee business’s operations activities partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets. 
  • Manage Monthly/ Yearly operating budget and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability. 
  • Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts. 
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

B. Requirements: 

Required skills and qualifications. 

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree  
  • 7+ years of experience in executive leadership roles 
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity 
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues 
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics 
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues. 

Preferred skills and qualifications 

  • Experience in Ride hailing, O2O, Food-App service, …  
  • Fundraising experience 
  • International business experience.
