JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquisition and recruit Cleaner partners within the assigned area
• Develop various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, and community outreach
• Engage in telesales activities to introduce our platform and opportunities to potential Cleaner partners
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing Cleaner partners
• Conduct onboarding and gather necessary documentation for the Cleaner registration process
• Responsible for reporting on recruitment progress and challenges on a daily, weekly & monthly
• Achieve sales personal KPI

• Minimum 1-2 years’experience in the same field, especially in the ride-hailing, merchant...
• Has the experience in telesales, field sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task
• Willing to be relocated anywhere
