JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquisition and recruit Cleaner partners within the assigned area
- Develop various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, and community outreach
- Engage in telesales activities to introduce our platform and opportunities to potential Cleaner partners
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing Cleaner partners
- Conduct onboarding and gather necessary documentation for the Cleaner registration process
- Responsible for reporting on recruitment progress and challenges on a daily, weekly & monthly
- Achieve sales personal KPI
