CRM Executive

Vertical Management | Head Office | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to activate new users, retain existing users & win back churners.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Designing & optimizing the marketing automation user flows (for both riders & drivers) for specific campaigns.
  • Working closely with the cross-functional teams to design, test and execute growth experiments that drive efficient growth.
  • Working closely with IT Dev to ensure the availability of tracking events on partner platform.
  • Liaising with BI to provide the weekly/monthly/quarterly/ by-campaign reports in time.
  • Being a part of internal CDP project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 - 2 years’ work experience in CRM management, data analysis, digital marketing or similar.
  • Must be comfortable in the use and analysis of data.
  • Prior hands-on experience with CRM channels, such as: Push Notification, In-app Message, Email Marketing, SMS, …
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on with those ideas.
  • Having the experience of using CDP & CRM tools (like Clevertap, Insider) is a plus.
