CS Executive

Customer Services | Hub Hồ Chí Minh | Full-time

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle incoming calls, outbound calls, email, resolve customer’s complaint, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution according to SOPs 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 
  • Collect customer feedback through rating score in order to enhance customer satisfaction 
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call 
  • Support customers with issues regarding to payment, app… 
  • Handle workload in a high volume to reach KPIs 

Requirements: 

  • At least 6-12 months experience at the Call Center. 
  • Knowledgeable in transportation, especially ride hailing platform 
  • Good at MS office, good English communication 
  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude, both written and verbal 
  • Must be able to work in shifts (night shifts), holidays, and weekend
