Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, outbound calls, email, resolve customer’s complaint, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution according to SOPs
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Collect customer feedback through rating score in order to enhance customer satisfaction
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

- Handle workload in a high volume to reach KPIs
Requirements:
- At least 6-12 months experience at the Call Center.
- Knowledgeable in transportation, especially ride hailing platform
- Good at MS office, good English communication
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work in shifts (night shifts), holidays, and weekend
