About the Role:

As a Data Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the company. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders to leverage data to improve product performance, optimize operations, and identify new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data product roadmaps: Define and prioritize data products that deliver measurable business value.
• Translate business needs into data requirements: Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data products.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers: Lead the development and deployment of data products, such as dashboards, APIs, and machine learning models.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure the performance of data products: Track key metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data technologies and best practices.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data product management, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
