Driver Acquisition Executive (HN)

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquisition and recruit driver partners Bike/Car within the assigned area
  • Develop various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, and community outreach
  • Engage in telesales activities to introduce our platform and opportunities to potential driver partners
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing driver partners
  • Conduct onboarding and gather necessary documentation for the driver registration process
  • Maintain relationships with Co.op and give best service & support
  • Responsible for reporting on recruitment progress and challenges on a daily, weekly & monthly
  • Achieve sales personal KPI

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years’experience in the same field, especially in the ride-hailing as the experience in telesales, field sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task
  • Willing to be relocated anywhere
