Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and develop the driver community through training, engagement and driver welfare programs
- Develop a detailed training plan for drivers to ensure the image of a professional driver is built, while improving the quality of customer service
- Develop a communication direction including the method, content and tone/mood suitable for drivers and ensure the rate of drivers reading and understanding the communication content
- Connect and build relationships with potential partners to bring periodic benefits to drivers while increasing benefits for be drivers
- Organize periodic offline events and call for sponsorship from brands/partners
- Make annual plans, budget estimates and control budgets
- Participate in meetings with the driver team, trainers to deploy new policies and answer drivers‘ questions about be policies, features on the application
- Manage the driver team and maintain engagement
- Manage and develop members in the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in driver community management or technology-based transportation companies
- Experience in planning, budgeting and budget control
- Experience managing offline events is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of management skills or management position
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
