Fraud Data Analyst Specialist

Fraud & Quality | Head Office | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from various sources to identify key business trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the ride-hailing industry
  • Assist in the development of business strategies, product roadmaps, and operational plans based on data-driven insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on business performance and trends
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address specific business challenges or opportunities
  • In charge detecting & resolving fraudulent activities on BE app

Requirements:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Data/Fraud Analyst or similar role, preferably in the technology or transportation industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Bigquery SQL, Python, Excel, Looker, or Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
  • Nice to have: AI/ML knowledge, Apache Airflow
