We are seeking a Growth Analytics Manager to help drive growth across our services by focusing on end-to-end conversion optimization, service-wise analytics, and products/services innovation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Conversion Funnel Management

Oversee performance of end-to-end customer conversion funnel, ensuring smooth user journeys from acquisition to engagement and retention.

Identify bottlenecks in the customer funnel (cross services) and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates.

Collaborate with Marketplace and Product teams to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
2. Service-Wise Analytics

Lead data-driven initiatives by analyzing service performance, customer preferences, and subscription models.

Develop detailed service-wise performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Provide actionable insights on ride-hailing, food delivery, logistics, and other verticals.

Optimize and develop subscription models and strategy to enhance user retention and long-term customer value.
3. Feature Optimization & New Service Launches

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new services that drive growth.

Continuously evaluate existing features for performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Partner with the product team to identify market opportunities, test hypotheses, and roll out new services or features to meet evolving customer needs.

Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain best-in-class.
4. Core Analytics & Operational Efficiency

Collaborate with marketplace and products, tech teams to deliver core analytics and recommendations to optimize pricing, batching, and dispatch cross-services to maximize operational efficiency.

Monitor key operational metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve service delivery.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in growth management, product management, or a related role in tech or ride-hailing/logistics industries.

Proven experience with conversion rate optimization and customer journey mapping.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and working with analytics tools (e.g., Google++, SQL, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience in launching new services and driving product growth in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with subscription models and customer lifecycle management is a plus.
