IT Corp Manager

Corp IT | Head Office | Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT Administration and Development

  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot problems or issues related to IT in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage all IT-related expenses and purchases of software, hardware and services.
  • Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyze vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
  • Work closely with IT team to set up new technologies, configure systems and provide daily technical support for the individuals using the computer systems and IT network
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, setting out job expectations, and appraising their performance.
  • Design, implement, and manage the company’s network infrastructure

2. Manage Network Infrastructure

  • Install, configure, and support an organization‘s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Internet system and other data network systems across the organization
  • Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
  • Monitor and maintain backup system including disaster recovery procedure.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and respond if any information security matter happens to ensure the company security information
  • Work with third-party providers and suppliers to maintain network viability and efficiency
  • Research options for introducing emerging technologies to improve network performance and remain current in networking infrastructure.

3. Manage Internal System

  • Participate in the development of internal management systems: ERP, CRM,...
  • Support and complete the system for human resource management (HRM) including timesheet management, C&B, employee appraisal and HR related matters;
  • Support, develop and maintain internal system of whole the company;
  • Have knowledge of: Windows server, vCenter, ESXi, Backup Server, Alarm system

4. Manage Wireless Infrastructure

  • Troubleshooting tasks to prevent downtime
  • Providing solutions for upgrade management
  • Developing plans to address consistent wireless network problems
  • Planning for future strategies and initiatives to keep the network operating at high performance
  • Training in-house staff on wireless technologies, if applicable
  • Putting solutions in place to continuously test network performance
  • Testing and modifying equipment as needed
  • Deploying access points appropriately and effectively
  • Conducting site surveys.

Requirements:

  • Acquire degree and experience in information technology, software and hardware knowledge to consult the purchasing and repair process
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar position
  • Experience managing ERP projects or complex software implementation projects in a mid-market environment
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing

Fundamentals (CCNA,CCNA Wireless is a plus)

  • Knowledge of setup and configuration of Cisco, Unifi, Grandstream devices such as router, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English proficiently; read and understand English technical documents in order to acquire, develop knowledge in the process of IT training.
  • Self-study and self-learning on new technology and willing to improve on technical skills
  • Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills
  • 1+ Years knowledge related to Security Firewall Products is a plus
  • Expert knowledge in the setup and troubleshooting of VPNs (Multi-Vendor) is a plus
  • Strong hands-on L2 level experience on Network Hardware like Cisco switches, Fortinet, Aruba is a plus
  • Strong practical knowledge of network concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, network protocols, port configuration, link aggregation, spanning tree optimization, and performance tuning is a plus.
