Marketing Business Analyst Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Digital Marketing Analyst should understand various digital touch points, drive the digital experience and highly effective digital campaigns. This job requires critical thinking, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills to work directly with cross-functional team.
  2. Their daily responsibilities include:
  • Work with Business Intelligence department to get the data with insightful recommendations based on the tracked data of marketing performance across all channels then analyze & create meaningful, visualized dashboards
  • Come up with conversion optimization strategies, analyze A/B and multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations
  • Provide detailed reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website/ app traffic and social media engagement
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
  1. Define, Measure and Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
  2. Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
  3. Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science or Economics.
  • Experience with tracking platforms: Google Analytics / Firebase, Appsflyer, Insider is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Vietnamese)
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
  • Experience using R, Python or other tools for statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau, Power BI or a similar visualization tool a plus.
  • Results and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Great work ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude.
