As an Account Management, you will be tasked with building and maintaining robust business relationships with both current and prospective merchants to fuel growth for beFood. Oversee a portfolio of F&B merchants (Longtail segment) on beFood, focusing on long-term relationship building, traffic optimization, and grow merchant sales on beFood.
Job Responsibilities
1. Performance Growth:
- Use data-driven methods to estimate ROI and analyze KPIs for each merchant, aiming to increase GMV and profitability
- Understand about the Longtail merchant segment assigned and their categories to build up practical & suitable business plan
2. Project management: Develop strategic plans and processes efficiently to ensure it meets company KPIs
3. Promotion & Campaigns: Develop impactful promo schemes or campaigns with internal teams through co-marketing partnerships to benefit customers and add value to merchants; invite merchants to join co-campaigns with beFood.
4. Operation: Prioritize maintaining consistent service and food quality. Collaborate with operations, customer service, and partners to resolve issues through various communication channels.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, operations, marketing, and merchant acquisition teams to ensure merchants have an optimal experience.
6. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze data to give insightful reports to internal & merchants. Follow the actions of competitors and market trends to drive initiatives for restaurants’ growth strategies
Requirements
- Excellent merchant relationship skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales/business development, food delivery background is a big plus.
- Ability to analyze data and report
