Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of merchant campaigns, including reviewing deals, promotion and troubleshooting issues.
- Merchant Communication: Collaborate with merchants to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends & activities (deals, promotion, product features)
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Good Excel analytical skills. Proficient in SQL is a plus
- Basic understanding of campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
