Responsibilities:
I - Monthly payroll:
- Work closely with HOD and/or PIC to make sure for receiving and check monthly working time is clear information and on time.
- Make sure to receive all the hard copy that required with fully signature of HOD or CEO before input on payroll.
- Prepare monthly payroll together with supporting document on time to sign.
- Make sure the payroll to sign and pay salary to employee on the end of month.
- Send to payslip to on the day of salary payment.
- Saving all documents regarding to the monthly payroll in HR Storage after 5-day from as the end of the month.
- Response closely with the employee to answer all concern about salary.
II - Personal Income Tax (PIT):
- Submit monthly PIT to Tax System on before 20th of the month.
- Guide to employee about the dependent registration procedure and submit to Tax after 5-day as from receiving full information from employee.
- Prepare data for yearly PIT finalization.
III – Insurance
- SHUIs:
- Follow the company rule and law required to prepare the data for monthly increase /decrease report on time.
- Guide to employee about
- Receive the Health insurance card and new SI book and make sure to deliver to employee after 5-day as from receiving date from SHUI Dept.
- Closed SI book, make report to submit to SHUI Dept., and return to resigned employee after 5-day as from receiving date from SHUI Dept.
- HealthCare benefit (beCare):
- Guide to employee about healthcare benefits, produce to claim and relatives registration (upon Employee request)
- Monthly increase / decrease request on time.
- Monthly reconcile with vendor for adjustment confirmation.
IV – Other tasks:
- Prepare periodic C&B reports, including HR workforce, HR cost, insurance, PIT, and Labor contract.
- Manage and control HR data (both soft and hard copies), ensuring accuracy at the time of payroll processing.
- Ensure all employee documents (employee records, offer letters, contracts, etc.) are properly filed in P-file ontime.
- Provide the best C&B services to employees.
- Other tasks as assigned and arranged by line manager.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor’s degree with major Human Resource/ Economics/ Laws.
- At least 05 years of experience in similar position at companies with scale from 500 headcounts.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Labor Code, SHUIs, PIT and related regulations.
- Good communication skill, careful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, hard-working.
