As a Key Account Management professional, you will be responsible for managing key restaurant partners on our beFood platform. Your role is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with these partners to ensure their ongoing success and profitability. You will also handle the performance growth of medium and small merchants, manage operational issues, and provide data-driven insights to support growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of major restaurant partners, focusing on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Ensure key accounts receive exceptional support and assistance with promotional programs.
- Address operational issues and provide solutions to enhance partner satisfaction.
- Work with merchants to develop promotional programs that align with their performance growth objectives on beFood.
- Merchant Performance Growth:
- Oversee the performance of medium and small merchants, implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide tailored support, including customized reporting, marketing assistance, product integration, and more.
- Operational Management:
- Handle and resolve operational issues that arise with key accounts and merchants.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts to secure their support for promotional programs and initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing any issues or concerns that partners may have.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools such as Salesforce CRM to gather insights on your portfolio and business pipeline.
- Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy to position beFood as a market leader.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align with the company‘s business development strategy.
- Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Analyze data to develop initiatives that increase revenue and profitability for your portfolio.
- Drive growth for key accounts, measured by deliveries and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
- Engage continuously with merchants to understand and address their needs, feedback, and concerns.
- Promote operational excellence by collaborating with merchants and operations teams.
- Work closely with other function teams to ensure seamless merchant operations.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of your accounts, providing support and motivation.
- Offer training, coaching, and support to merchants to boost their productivity and develop skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, preferably in the food delivery or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience working with other food delivery apps is a plus.
