Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plan of acquisition to achieve sales targets.
- Approach assigned merchants and support merchants onboard
- Build and maintain relationship with merchant
- Support implementing weekly/monthly promotions campaign
- Support solving merchant’s issues.
- Work with other functions to propose proper benefits for merchants.
- Provide analysis and reports on the sales performance for assigned merchants.
- Monitor target and detect target gap to propose measures
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Job Requirements
- University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields
- 2+years of experience in the sales/business development, F&B industry background is big plus
- Ability to report and analyze the situation based on data
Personal Qualification:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Spoken and written English skills of conversational level
- Negotiation skills
