As a Senior Product Map Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing map data quality for ride-hailing and delivery services, leading complex projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring high accuracy in data management.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and ensure the quality of spatial data using exist tools or created by yourself
• Automate data processing workflows, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency (Addresses - Places - Road Network)
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring project needs are met.
• Work closely with driver partners to validate and improve map data accuracy and address operational challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate map data into the company's products and services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and optimize operational workflows.
• Continuously optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Spatial Data Science, IT, GIS, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in QGIS, PostGIS, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and data automation tools.
• Experience with Google Sheets Function for data management and reporting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Map Operations, or data processing, spatial analysis, and automation
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English documentation; conversational English is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
• Commitment to complying with company security policies when handling sensitive data.
• OpenStreetMap Contributor is a big plus..
