Responsible for constructing, assessing, and quantifying risks, developing risk management strategies, and establishing policies and procedures. Also, overseeing risk reporting, supporting decision-making, and integrating risk management strategies with organizational goals to ensure secure and efficient operations. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and manage operational risk management policies. 

  • Establish a framework of policies and tools for managing operational risks across an entire company. 
  • Establish guidelines and regulations related to company-wide risk management in accordance with relevant laws. 

2. Build, deploy, and monitor the operation of systems, regulations, and processes related to operational risk management. 

  • Develop and guide the deployment of policies, regulations, and procedures on Risk Management in compliance with legal and internal regulations. 
  • Analyze and propose additional control checkpoints for products/regulations/business processes with operational risk factors. 
  • Conduct review, evaluation, and reporting on the effectiveness of current policies/regulations; provide recommendations for adjustments/supplements. 
  • Propose, recommend, and monitor the implementation of the self-risk assessment process. 

3. Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of risk management among all levels of employees within the company. 

  • Develop and oversee activities to enhance the culture and awareness of risk management across the entire company. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and timely risk alerts. 
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the Direct Manager/CEO. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Risk Management, Law, Accounting, or related fields.  
  • Over 4 years of experience in risk management, compliance control, or internal auditing within technology companies. 
  • Knowledge of relevant laws concerning risk management practices.  
  • Strong analytical, synthesizing, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficient in task management with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.  
  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities to analyze financial data and identify industry risks. 
  • Proficiency in English for communication and reading
