Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

HR - Admin | Head Office | Full-time

What will you do

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding to ensure best candidate experiences and effective placement of talents;
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and build strong internal client relationships;
  • Develop and implement strategies to source and attract top talent;
  • Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future needs;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities;
  • Follow up newcomers to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment;
  • Implement employer branding initiatives;
  • Complete TA Dashboard and reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement;
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

 

What will you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, ... or relevant degree;
  • More than 4 years in Talent Acquisition related roles.
  • Experience in successful recruiting from Senior to Manager-level positions is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong sourcing skills to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates;
  • Experiences in Employer Branding activities is a plus;
  • Independent, active and result-oriented;
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player.
