What will you do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding to ensure best candidate experiences and effective placement of talents;
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and build strong internal client relationships;
- Develop and implement strategies to source and attract top talent;
- Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future needs;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities;
- Follow up newcomers to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment;
- Implement employer branding initiatives;
- Complete TA Dashboard and reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
What will you need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, ... or relevant degree;
- More than 4 years in Talent Acquisition related roles.
- Experience in successful recruiting from Senior to Manager-level positions is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong sourcing skills to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates;
- Experiences in Employer Branding activities is a plus;
- Independent, active and result-oriented;
- Positive working attitude and a good team player.
