As a Senior/Junior Product Designer at BE Group, you will be working closely with the teams that own systems for end-user, driver, partner, suppliers and business teams and will be responsible for the following tasks:

 Responsibilities:

Senior Product Design:

- Distill broad, conceptual ideas into practical (UX) and engaging interfaces (UI) 
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemap 
- Identify high-impact opportunities, design features in pursuit of goals, and explain the rationale for your decisions 
- Turn data from market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights and make the appropriate trade offs from there. 
- Plan, prioritize coordinate, and conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling and usability testing.
- Create user flows, blueprint, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts to discuss with Product 
- Owner & Managers, UX Research and Business Analysts. 
- Solicit feedback and drive an aligned approach among your team and stakeholders 
- Collaborate and work across functions including design, product, engineering, and data teams to ship high quality products: Ride Hailing, Food Delivery .v.v.v

Junior Product Design:

- Assist in the research, design, and prototyping of user interfaces and experiences 
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions 
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations 
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed 
- Contribute to the creation of design documentation and style guides
- Collaborate and work across functions including design, product, engineering, and data teams to ship high quality products: Reward, Loyalty, Portal Platform.v.v.v.
