Key Responsibilities:
Supports the procurement team in various purchasing and sourcing activities:
- Vendor Research: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, collect information and quotation from vendor
- Purchase Orders: Track and manage purchase orders
- Contract Management: Support contract negotiations and management, work with internal and external team to complete contract.
Supports the treasury team in various treasury activities:
- Assist in preparing disbursement documents for bank transfers.
- Help monitor and manage banking relationships, including account reconciliation and transaction processing.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
